ENED engages on three levels

Permanent Home for Children and Adolescents

number-1

ENED primarily is a home. On a typical day, the “Eneditos” go to school in the morning. In the afternoon, they do their homework, assisted by teachers. Additional English lessons and computer classes are mandatory. Sports like basketball, baseball and swimming are encouraged and integrated into their daily schedule. Artistic programs such as drawing, dance and guitar are also offered.

Support for children living with their families

number-2

We offer children and families literacy teaching, catch-up classes, school materials, clothes, rice bags and cooking gas. Additionally, we intervene to obtain birth certificates and identity papers for the children.

Support for the local community

number-3

ENED provides several jobs to members of the local community and hence allows those people to live on a regular income.
